Allah is Alive (al-Hayy,) meaning He is the One attributed with an Eternal and Everlasting Life which is not of a soul, flesh, blood, ligaments, or bone marrow. Allah said in Surat al-Baqarah verse #255

﴿اللهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ اْلحَيُّ اْلقَيُّومُ﴾ سورة البقرة

This verse means: [No one is God other than Allah, the One Who is Alive and does not need anyone.]

Allah also said in Surat al-Furqan verse #58

﴿وَتوَكَّلْ عَلَى اْلَحيِّ الَّذِي لاَ يَمُوتُ﴾ سورة الفرقان

This verse means: [And rely upon the One Who is alive Who does not die].
