“The Sustainer” (ar-Raziq) is the One Who provides the sustenance (rizq) to His slaves. Sustenance (rizq) includes all the things that benefit the person – whether it be from a lawful or unlawful source. Allah ta^ala said in Surat Hud verse #6:

﴿ وما من دابة في الأرض إلا على الله رزقها ﴾سورة هود.

 This verse means: [And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision]
