Since the Prophets are the role models for the people, Allah beautified them with the praised attributes. He also protected them and purified them from having disgraceful attributes. It is impossible for the Prophets to be attributed with lying, dishonesty, vileness, foolishness, and dullness. They are also protected from ever committing blasphemy, enormous sins (kaba’ir), and the small, abject, and despicable sins before and after Prophethood. However, they may commit, non-despicable small sins, and if they do commit such sins, they are immediately guided to repent before others imitate them.
