Allah is attributed with all proper perfection. Why was the word perfection’ qualified by saying ‘proper’?

This statement was qualified with the term ‘proper’ because perfection is of types:

●       Perfection that befits Allah and other than Allah, such as knowledge,

●       Perfection that befits the creation but does not befit Allah, such as intellectual brilliance.

●       Perfection that befits Allah as a praise, but it would be dispraising when attributed to humans – such as the attribute of al-Jabbar. Al-Jabbar is a praise when attributed to Allah, but it is a dispraise when attributed to humans. The meaning of al-Jabbar, when attributed to Allah, is the One not reached by hands, and in Whose dominion nothing happens, except what He willed.
